"Several days of tedious research have been necessary to find our first watch on the internet. Passing from site to site, we were looking for the watch that would satisfy us with its design, its technical qualities but also with a price that is as accurate as possible.
We were browsing between sites hosted in Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, France. Our choice finally turned to a German site quoted as "20% lower than the recommended retail price". Some email communications later, attracted by a price visibly attractive, we decided to try.
After 16 days of waiting (unlike the 5 days announced), we received our watch in Switzerland. Small surprise, we were charged with administrative costs in addition to the VAT charges requested by the delivery, while we had paid the shipping costs.
At the opening of the box, we discovered a warranty card from an Italian dealer when we bought the watch in Germany! Calculations made, we had bought a watch from a dealer 1,500 km away with the fear of a warranty validity problem by saving just 5% compared to the swiss price.
